What type of leather do you use for your furniture?
We exclusively use top-grain and full-grain bovine leathers sourced from ethical tanneries. These grades are the highest quality available, ensuring durability, breathability, and a natural patina that improves with age.
How do I maintain and clean my leather furniture?
For daily care, simply wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a pH-balanced leather cleaner and conditioner every 6-12 months to prevent the leather from drying out or cracking.
What is your shipping policy for large furniture items?
We offer White Glove Delivery on all sofa and sectional orders. This includes professional transport into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our furniture comes with a 10-year limited warranty on the kiln-dried hardwood frames and a 2-year warranty on the leather upholstery against manufacturing defects.
Can I request leather swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering our complimentary swatch kit to see and feel the textures and colors in your home's natural lighting before making a final decision.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard items. The furniture must be in its original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'build-your-own' leather configurations may be subject to a restocking fee.
