Ensure the item is in its original, showroom condition and securely wrapped in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Professional Collection
Once your request is approved, our specialized white-glove logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time for furniture inspection and removal.

After our artisans inspect the returned piece at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
